Morgan, a native of the Raleigh/Fayette County area, is an associate attorney at the firm, where her practice areas include civil rights litigation and class actions. Morgan has worked closely with senior attorneys on all phases of litigation, including case development, legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, and supporting trial preparation.
Morgan earned her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law where she was a recipient of the Joyce E. McConnell Scholarship. While in law school, she participated in the WVU College of Law Baker Cup Competition and served as a student clinician in the Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic, assisting with land use planning, zoning issues, title research, and the drafting of legal memoranda and conservation easement materials.
Morgan holds both a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Virginia University. During her undergraduate studies, she served as a Herndon Fellow for the West Virginia Legislature. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and is committed to advocating for individuals and communities through thoughtful, client-centered representation.
Mogan is passionate about her work and represents clients to the highest standard. She prioritizes helping her community and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family that have been a large support in her life journey thus far.
