Stephen P. New

Founder & Lead Attorney

Stephen P. New is a 1998 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law and a retired Major in the West Virginia Army National Guard. Since starting his own office in 2004, he has tried 55 cases to jury verdict and made eight appearances before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. A former President of the West Virginia Association for Justice, Stephen concentrates his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, and employment discrimination.

Attorney

Emilee was born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia and is a proud Mountaineer. She graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2018 with her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.

Attorney

Shawna Pinkerton is a lifelong resident of Charleston, West Virginia. She is married and has two children, two grandchildren, and two fur babies.
