In July 2018, the Beckley VA Medical Center employed Dr. Jonathan Yates to lead their Whole Health Program. Dr. Yates proceeded to abuse and assault at least 60+ veterans of our armed forces. We worked diligently and proudly to fight the United States Government for allowing this predator to provide medical care to the men and women who served our country without properly verifying who he was and for failing to take action on the complaints made by patients and staff alike. We prevailed and proudly helped those who were let down by the very country they fought so hard to protect. We were successful in our efforts to strip Dr. Yates of his medical licenses and Dr. Yates was prosecuted by the Federal Government and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
