Dr. Zouhair Kabbara was granted priviliges at Raleigh General Hospital and abused that position of power to sexually assault numerous victims. We battled in court to see the hospitals that allowed Dr. Kabbara to continue to violate the position of trust he was in, in spite of countless complaints, pay for putting a doctor’s ego above the safety of the very people they have sworn to help.
